What we collect
Only what is needed to run your account: your name, department / office, username, e-mail, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, optional Telegram username, payment references you submit, and the estimates you create. We also keep security logs (sign-ins, important account actions and the network address they came from).
How we use it
- To provide the service, verify payments and manage your subscription.
- To send account notices by e-mail — activation, reminders before expiry, grace-period and lock notices — and by Telegram only if you connect it yourself.
- To protect the service against misuse.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes (Argon2id) and are never sent by e-mail. Each user's estimates and bills are isolated from every other user. Databases are backed up daily.
Retention
Your estimates, bills and account data are kept while your account exists, including after a subscription ends, so that you can continue when you renew. You may ask the administrator to delete your account and data permanently; this is done through a separate, deliberate process.
Your choices
You can update your contact details in My Account, disconnect Telegram at any time, and contact support to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.
